A School with a difference
Strong Academics and a vast range of Extra Mural Activities.
We have assembled an exceptionally strong team of teachers and we also place a great deal of emphasis on the all-round development of every member of the school community in cultural and sporting pursuits.
Eagles Boys' is a boarding school with a difference
The boarding concept has thrived at Eagles Boys, where boys are fully occupied at school for the whole period, with regular outings to visit attractive historical and cultural or tourist sites locally or upcountry.
Assessment is a key component of learning
Each student’s progress is assessed regularly, both in quantitative scoresheets and qualitative assessments by his teachers, with reports given to students and parents.

NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS COUNCIL OF TANZANIA (NECTA) - MATOKEO 2013
CSEE 2013 EXAMINATION RESULTS
S2354 EAGLES SECONDARY SCHOOL

NECTA's 2013 results confirm the firm path that Eagles Secondary School has taken towards national excelency. With a GPA score of 2.1503, Eagles was ranked 30 (out of 3256) in the Nation and 3 (out of 105) in Pwani Region, just behind Marian Boys and Girls at 1 and 2 respectively, ahead of Kibaha and Baobab at 4 and 5.

Special mention is made of our flying young Eagle called Hamisi Msangi who was in the National top 10 for Boys. The teachers recall Hamisi coming to the Aptitude Test with his Dad and his "sanduku" on his head, sure he would pass!

Closer scrutiny of these results shows that out of the top 10 Schools, 6 of them are Girls' schools, serving a different market. In the next top 10, there are 5 Girls' schools again. Without looking into the next top 10, Eagles becomes Number 19 for Boys'secondary schools. Eagles was ahead of such celebrated Boys' secondary schools as Tabora Boys (at 56); Kibaha (at 44); Ilboru (at 41); Mzumbe (at 40). It was also ahead of such long-established names as St Matthew's (at 153); Loyola (at 59); St Anthony (at 131) and Mbezi Beach (at 182), to mention but a handful.  Since most of the top schools outside the above list are actually the single purpose, dedicated Seminaries, it is fair to deduce that Eagles is now probably in the top 10 in Boys' secondary education in Tanzania already.

We now dedicate ourselves to being in the top 20 and top 10 under any measures within the next 2 years.

The Board records its appreciation of the tireless effort and dedication of our young Eagles and their teachers, led by the Headmaster and his top management and academic team. We sincerely  thank the Advisory Board as well, for its professionalism and experience in guiding the Board and the administration. We thank the Parents' Association for its support and encouragement - we find from experience that students perform best if there is close cooperation between the "magical triangle" (of Students-Teachers-Parents).

Our Mission
